In one of the most significant announcements made at Star Wars Celebration 2022, Respawn and EA confirmed that Jedi: Survivor was real and was arriving in 2023. And while fans are still trying to find their thoughts on the first teaser trailer, Monaghan himself has now expressed his opinion on the potential about this game.

On Twitter following the announcement that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was unveiled, Monaghan said that the game was something was in development for multiple years at this moment. Although he didn't reveal anything about the plot of Jedi: Survivor will focus on, he did refer to thematic aspects of the game particularly when compared to Fallen Order.

"I enjoy watching stories develop with their characters and audience. I'm thrilled to showcase the work Lucasfilm, Respawn, EA and I have been working on during the past couple of years," Monaghan said on social media.
